Mystic Course Hole 01 - 09
HOLE 1 Par 4
Black Tee Blue Tee White Tee Red Tee
435 378 350 273
The first hole of the Mystic Course is a slight dogleg left opening par 4. Longer hitters can carry the left fairway bunker off the tee for a shorter approach to a slightly elevated green whereas shorter hitters must play safe off the tee between the two fairway bunkers leaving a longer approach. Like many of the greens at Mystic Springs it is elevated requiring the use of an extra club to ensure carrying your ball all the way onto the green and avoiding trouble short.
HOLE 2 Par 3

141 123 120 98
A scenic downhill Par 3 which requires a precise short iron shot. Three large bunkers protect the front of the green with dense undergrowth protects a pin located on the top level at the back of the green. Any shot missing the green will leave a tough up and down.
HOLE 3 Par 4
Black Tee Blue Tee White Tee Red Tee
448 445 440 270
“Devil’s Bend” is the signature hole at Mystic Springs. A demanding drive is required to carry the gully and to position your ball on the fairway. Even a ball that is in the fairway leaves a decision for the player as to whether he has an option to go for the green. The shot requires an uphill shot off an uneven lie and the safe option is to ‘lay up’ and go for the green on your third shot. Pars will be rare on this hole and 5 is a good score!
HOLE 4 Par 4
Black Tee Blue Tee White Tee Red Tee
489 359 309 281
A slight fade off the tee leaves a mid to short iron uphill second shot. Take at least 1-2 extra clubs for the second shot and avoid the greenside bunkers left and right. The green slopes severely from back to front so be careful on this green.
HOLE 5 Par 4
Black Tee Blue Tee White Tee Red Tee
435 345 312 285
Another scenic hole which plays severely downhill off the tee. Pick your target to the right of the large stone marker at the corner of the dogleg. A solid drive or fairway wood from the tee leaves a mid-short iron approach to a slightly elevated green.
HOLE 6 Par 4
Black Tee Blue Tee White Tee Red Tee
401 366 354 200
After a short break at the scenic half way house located behind #6 tee you’ll be ready to attack this straightaway par 4. Take an extra club for your second shot to ensure your ball carries far enough to land on the putting surface well clear of the deep bunker guarding the front of the green.
HOLE 7 Par 5
Black Tee Blue Tee White Tee Red Tee
587 546 528 458
A par 5 which plays downhill from the tee. After finding the fairway off the tee the second shot must be positioned over the water leaving a short iron approach to an undulating green.
HOLE 8 Par 3
Black Tee Blue Tee White Tee Red Tee
182 170 149 127
A downhill par 3 looking back towards the clubhouse. With altitude from the tee and factoring any wind and pin positions the hole could play as much a 3 clubs shorter than the actual yardage. Water lurks behind the green and a ball landing short and right of the green will roll towards the water hazard. The green is large so to have a legitimate birdie chance you need to hit your tee shot close to the hole.
HOLE 9 Par 5
Black Tee Blue Tee White Tee Red Tee
544 502 465 410
A straightaway par 5 which gives the longer hitters a chance for a birdie. A generous fairway gives the opportunity to position your second shot for an easy approach to this ‘double green’ which is shared with hole #18.
